Refund Policy
In-Person Registration
Refunds requested on or before 12/31/24: 100% minus fees charged by Stripe and/or PayPal, whichever applies.
Refunds requested between 12/31/24 and 2/28/25: 50% minus fees charged by Stripe and/or PayPal, whichever applies.
Refunds requested after 3/1/25: No refunds.
We retain the right to decline service to any individual and to provide a refund to those whom we choose not to serve.
Livestream Registration
Refunds requested on or before 3/29/25: 100% minus fees charged by Stripe and/or PayPal, whichever applies.
Refunds requested after 3/29/25: No refunds.
In case of an emergency leading to the cancellation or rescheduling of the i4gg event, full refunds will be provided upon request.
